Anti-aging for our cells

In America, Asia and Eastern Europe, the so-called Cell Rejuvenation Therapy has been used for decades. Now this procedure is becoming more and more popular also here. We will show you how exactly a Cell Rejuvenation Therapy (CRT) works and what it is used for here.

How the Cell Rejuvenation Therapy works

In Cell Rejuvenation Therapy, it is not the cell itself that is treated, but rather its membrane, i.e. its outer wall. The cell membrane is more than just a shell. It is the main control organ for the metabolism of the cell and its environment. In order for important substances to be introduced and removed, it is important that the cell membrane is fluid, i.e. flexible. From the age of 30 onwards, however, all people suffer membrane damage due to their lifestyle (fatty food, alcohol consumption, medication, environmental toxins and stress). This gradually leads to a stiffening of the cell membrane and the membrane of the mitochondria.

And this is where CRT comes in. By adding PPC (see below), the membrane becomes more flexible and the cell can again work better with its environment. Basic terms: PC, PPC, DLPC

For understanding we have to explain three terms here. The first is phosphatidylcholine, or PC for short. The membranes of all our cells are made of a double layer of PC. And while these are responsible for membrane formation, polyenylphosphatidylcholines – PPCs for short – are important for fluidity, i.e. for the flexibility of the membrane. And this is where the unpronounceable Dilinoleoyl-Phosphatidylcholine, DLPC for short, comes into play. DLPC is a special form of PPC because it has bound not only one but two linoleic acids. It is therefore larger and makes the cell membrane even more flexible.

In order to be able to supply the body with PPC from the outside, it must be extracted from the soya bean in a complex process. With whom the alarm bells are ringing here, no fear! Fields of application of the Cell Rejuvenation Therapy

While basically all cells of the body benefit from a rejuvenation cure, there are certain diseases of the body where CRT is mainly used. Probably the most treated indication is fatty liver. Nowadays, about 30% of the population suffer from it, with varying causes. It can be caused, for example, by alcohol consumption or poor nutrition. CRT is an excellent method of reducing or even eliminating fatty liver and thus restoring the liver’s detoxification capacity, by helping the liver to break down the fat that has been deposited.

The keyword breakdown and removal is also important for the next field of application. PPC supports the so-called HDL particles, which transport cholesterol and fats via the blood to the liver. In patients suffering from atherosclerosis, i.e. hardening of the arteries, the deposits can thus be removed. It goes without saying that CRT is also used to treat coronary heart disease, i.e. the narrowing of the arteries.

Further areas of application are intoxications (keyword detox), diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, Crohn’s/colitis ulcerosa, ulcus cruris and psoriasis, rheumatism, lipid metabolism disorders, metabolic syndrome, kidney diseases, neurological diseases, stress, burnout and anti-aging. As you can see, the list is long and it would be beyond the scope of this article to go into detail about all the complaints. Treatment process

There are basically two forms of treatment – intravenous and oral. Usually, CRT is performed by a physician, either as an infusion or injection. In an infusion, PPC is administered dropwise together with deoxycholic acid (DOC) over a period of about three-quarters of an hour. In the much faster injection, the so-called Nano-PPC is injected directly. The Nano-PPC, which is administered together with glycyrrhizinic acid, is considerably smaller (approx. 40-70 nanometres) and thus reaches the cells more easily. The bioavailability is therefore much better and a possible vein irritation caused by the DOC can be avoided. However, the costs of Nano-PPC are also higher. An individual consultation with a trained physician is essential. Regardless of whether it is an infusion or an injection, the cure lasts about ten treatments, each of which takes place at intervals of 2-4 days. An annual repetition as maintenance therapy is recommended.

The new dietary supplement Memphosan (affiliate link) also serves as mintenance. It is the oral version of PPC. Memphosan is the only oral PPC on the market that contains DLPC, which is so important for therapy. As already mentioned, Memphosan can be used as a maintenance therapy after CRT, as well as preventatively to avoid the above mentioned diseases from the beginning. A third possibility is to take Memphosan in a different dosage to replace a CRT. In this case, however, the bioavailability is not quite as high, since about 30% of the active ingredient is metabolized in the stomach and intestines.

Contraindications and possible side effects

The only contraindication for PPC infusion is an intolerance to deoxycholic acid or benzyl alcohol. If this is the case, an injection with Nano-PPC or a treatment with Memphosan can be used.

The only known side effects are the vein irritation already mentioned above, which can occur in rare cases. Apart from this, Cell Rejuvenation Therapy is generally harmless.

Combination therapies

Another advantage of Cell Rejuvenation Therapy is that it can be combined. For many of the above-mentioned complaints, drugs are often prescribed with sometimes severe side effects. A good example of this are statins, which are prescribed for high cholesterol levels, to prevent heart attacks in people with high blood pressure or diabetes, and as a secondary prophylaxis after a heart attack. The side effects range from muscle pain, gastrointestinal complaints and headaches to liver dysfunction. A CRT can reduce the primary suffering, which means that the dosage of the necessary medication can often be drastically reduced. The probability of side effects is thus enormously reduced. Furthermore, side effects such as liver damage can even be compensated.

Concluding words

So far, Cell Rejuvenation Therapy has not yet gained as much ground in Western Europe as it has in Asia, America and Eastern Europe.
